The Parish Anglican Church (“The Parish,” “we,” “us”) is located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Questions about this policy can be directed to info@parishanglican.org.

What We Collect

We collect only what you give us directly: your name, email address, and phone number. This happens when you sign up for events, newsletters, or other community communications.

If you give online, additional information (such as payment details) is collected directly by Planning Center, our giving platform — not by us.

How We Use It

We use your information to communicate with you about Parish events and news you’ve opted into. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

Who We Share It With

We use Planning Center to process online giving. Payment and giving data you enter there is governed by Planning Center’s own privacy policy. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

How We Store It

Contact information may be stored in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets) for internal coordination. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, but no internet-based system is 100% guaranteed.

How Long We Keep It

We retain your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose you consented to. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@parishanglican.org.

Your Choices

• To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• To opt out of SMS, reply STOP.
• To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email info@parishanglican.org.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us at info@parishanglican.org and we will delete it promptly.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about any personal data we’ve shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share data for marketing purposes, but you may submit any request to info@parishanglican.org.

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
