Exterior Signage + Interior Signage + Basement Check In Station:

  • Setup Kids Check-In station

    • Roll cart from basement out back door to outside covered area, place against wall with window

  • Plug in all items

  • Retrieve cart with signage from basement kids area

  • Place Exterior signage

    • Helpful Hints: Begin in the back parking lot. See map below. Each sign has a number on the back, which corresponds with its placement on the map. Place signs in order, 1-6. Once you have placed sign #6, leave the cart at the side of the building next to the handicap ramp. When retrieving signs, start with sign #6, and work backwards, 6-1. Once done, leave the cart and signs in the basement kids area.)

    • #1: “Enter Through Front Doors”: Placed in grass near stone statue, pointing towards parking lot

    • #2: “Reserved”:  Marking the parking space(s) in front of the architect office (small house near exit of back lot)

    • #3: Sandwich Board: Brindle Ln and entrance into back parking lot (at corner closest to townhomes)

    • #4: Sandwich Board: Vaughn Dr and Brindle Ln (at corner closest to N Main, facing traffic incoming from N Main)

    • #5: Place “overflow” parking signs across street at Millenium

    • #6: Front parking lot (entrance, front left if facing Kalen)

  • Place Interior Signage

  • Level 2:

    • [Welcome Table]- “Connect” sign (Stand-Up Banner) left of Welcome Table

    • [Middle Room]- “Middle School’ sign (8” x 11”)  on white hook outside upstairs middle room

    • [Outside Sanctuary Back Door]-  “If we’re not here…” Standing Sign

  • Level 1:

    • [Lobby/Entry]- Good Morning Double-Sided Banner (this sign needs to be flipped around between services)

    • [Nursery/Toddler]- Hang “New Beginnings” sign (8” x 11”) on white hook outside main level nursery/toddler room

    • [Parish Kids]- Standing Directional Sign – behind lobby double-doors leading to preschool wing in front of locked kitchen doors

    • [Preschool]- “Follow/Preschool” Sign (8” x 11”) – Place on white hook outside Preschool wing

    • [Exterior Preschool] Standing Directional Sign – Place outside Preschool door, on Patio, beneath tv

    • [Front Foyer Door] “If we’re not here…” Standing Sign to be inside front door hidden, until Greeters leave post for gathering

  • Place Basement Signage

    • [Elementary Staircase]- Discover Elementary Sign – At bottom of stairs between LL-1, leading to Elementary area

      • On 4th Sundays, open the sign & look underneath for a Family Sunday version of the sign to use instead

    • [Basement Kids Check In Station]- “Kids Check-In” Standing Banner – Outside basement back entrance, beside silver rolling check-in table
