Summer Sunday Kintsugi Brunch

July 12 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

This event is at capacity and limited to those who have already RSVPd. We hope to see you at our next Kintsugi Night!

Our world is broken. But God is mending the fractures and putting all things back together. And we are invited to participate.

Kintsugi Nights are quarterly opportunities for learning, lament, prayer, and practice around a particular area of brokenness in our world. This summer, we will shift to a brunch-time gathering, and our focus will be on Caring for the Poor. We’ll welcome Christi Gordy, Founder of Canopy Life International (one of The Parish’s mission partners), as she facilitates a morning of conversation, learning, lament, prayer, and Kingdom response.

10 am @ the Church St. Cottage. Limited spots available. Because of the heavier themes often involved with these Kintsugi events, we encourage participants to be 13 and up.

Sunday, July 12th, from 10 am-12 pm at 37 Church St.

Over a meal and stories, together we will:

  • Learn: So we can become people of greater wisdom & courage.
  • Lament: Because the brokenness is real and not easily made whole.
  • Pray: Because God hears our cries.
  • Practice & Respond: Because God invites us to participate in the healing and repair of the world, in word & deed.
