Training for Bible Storytelling

This training will be taught by some of our very own Parishioners, Tricia and Stephen Stringer. Tricia and Stephen Stringer have lived and worked for 23 years as missionaries in West Africa, India, and London developing appropriate Scripture resources strategies for church planting around the world. Both Stephen and Tricia love to teach people how to tell Bible stories for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
This training will be held on Sunday evening June 4th from 5:30-8:30pm at the Church Office located at 37 Church Street in downtown Alpharetta.
During this evening we will experience a Bible storying session along with practice in how to tell a good Bible story as well as how to incorporate Bible stories into our lives and ministry. Our time together will be highly participatory and practice-based. We hope you will enjoy experiencing God’s Word in a new and profound way.

Stephen is now the Vice President of global strategy for SRV, a small mission organization based in Roswell, GA. Tricia is SRV’s director of Bible translation and trauma healing. Stephen is a member of the global leadership team of the International Orality Network.
