This year, we invite you to observe Ash Wednesday in two ways:
Online Evening Gathering
At 8:30pm we’ll gather online for a special evening service of music, prayer, and reflection leading up to Compline prayer at 9:30.
Walk-In Ashes, Communion & Contemplative Prayer
We’ll be offering a handful of times where you can walk-in for a self-guided time of contemplative prayer and reflection. We’ll utilize the beautiful space at Cloudwalk Ministry’s Cottage in downtown Alpharetta. There will be prayer stations, prompts for reflection, and when ready, Jordan will mark you with the ashes and offer you communion. We’ll ask you to wear a mask throughout your time inside.
Come anywhere within these windows:
- 8am – 8:45am
- 10:15am – 11am
- 12:15pm – 1pm
- 5:30pm – 6:15pm
