Parish Women’s Yoga

Looking for a way to relax while having a little fun? Join us for a zoom yoga session!
No experience necessary – this is purely for relaxation and fun and also belly friendly for any women who are expecting!
Lauren Vonfeldt’s close friend, Tiffany, will be joining us online to lead us through a half hour of yoga.
The zoom call will open at 10am and we will get started with yoga at 10:10 to give everyone time to get settled in. Anyone who’s interested will have the opportunity to stay on the call after yoga for a time to chat.
